Convenient Stay with Unique Charm
We enjoyed our stay for two nights, especially the comfortable communal lounge with free popcorn and coffee. Although our Economy Double Room was snug, the prime location made it easy to explore the city. Remember to check parking signs carefully to avoid fines!

easy access to parks and major attractions for city strolls
I stayed for 4 nights and was thrilled with the easy access to both Union Square and Grace Cathedral, making my daily walks a joy as I soaked in the city's vibe and picturesque sights. my single room was clean and comfortable, giving me a cozy base to explore from, but noise from the street could get a bit disruptive at times.

I had a great two-night stay and loved how clean everything was. I never had to wait for a shower! The chill-out lounge and cozy TV area were perfect for unwinding after a day out. The only thing was, the bed could've been a bit comfier, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

I stayed here for a conference and found the location to be incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from the Moscone Center. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly clean, which was a welcomed feature. On the downside, the room was quite small and lacked air conditioning, so we had to open a window for ventilation, which let in a bit of street noise. Overall, it was a good budget-friendly option for my stay.

clean towels, quiet room, full-size fridge
Upgrading to a private bathroom would be a huge improvement!!! No elevator means lugging bags up multiple flights of stairs, which can be a hassle. Consider better lighting in the rooms to enhance comfort!!!

I appreciated the charming décor throughout the Urban, especially the relaxed communal lounge with comfortable seating. It made for a lovely gathering spot while being easily accessible for seniors, which I found quite thoughtful.
More elevators would improve convenience for seniors.

The English muffins at E&O Kitchen and Bar are a breakfast game-changer! Plus, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The location is perfect for hitting up classic spots like Lori's Diner after a long day of adventures.
A bit of a bummer that there are no elevators—carried my bags up to the 3rd floor. And street noise? It's a real SF vibe, but come prepared with earplugs.
